Along with Puregold Department Store at Wellcome Plaza (formerly Masagana Citimall), Mart One department store is that "pang-masa" shopping mall almost underrated but continues to draw in customers looking for affordable yet quality apparel, household items, school supplies, and educational and novelty items at the Expressions department. The shopping area is clean, well-organized and very spacious just like in the bigger malls and occupies half of the Victory Pasay Mall's second level. There is often discounted items and selected brands of outfits on sale. The staff is also courteous and helpful.
